  27. Call System Eyes at (603)424-1188. The meetings are the second Tuesday of each
  28. month. I attend when I can. I was planning on showing up on Tuesday to show
  29. a really spiffy logo animation I just completed for our company (its 42 seconds
  30. long), and beta copies of Impact and FiberFactory. This meeting is in 2 days.

  38. By recessing your flare source into your reflector object, enabling fade
  39. behind object, and making the object a shadow caster, you will get a very
  40. basic attenuation. The flare will fade quickly as the reflector obscures
  41. the source. In the logo sequence I just mentioned, I have a series of
  42. rotating lights which use this technique, and although it is not perfectly
  43. accurate, it looks pretty good.
